Drive 4 Devin

Since the Devin Waring Foundation was established in 2019, Pallet Services Inc. has been actively contributing to the annual Drive 4 Devin event, which supports Crisis Services of Erie County and helps to address the stigma surrounding mental health.

Annual Penguin Run

For the last 30 years, we have been proud to donate and volunteer for this event, which benefits Cradle Beach.

Environment:

Pallet Services Inc. is dedicated to minimizing our carbon footprint. Achieving a zero-carbon footprint in the manufacturing sector is challenging; however, we are committed to reducing the environmental impact of our production processes. Our efforts include the following:

Reusing

wood from pallets that cannot be resold. The stringers and boards are removed from these pallets and used to repair broken parts on other pallets.

Reducing

waste by grinding unusable lumber into mulch, which is then donated to local farms for use as animal bedding.

Through these practices, we are on the path to creating a nearly sustainable product. As we continue to grow, our commitment to environmental stewardship remains steadfast, and we are excited to explore new opportunities that align with our values of sustainability and responsibility.
