Job Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for constructing customized pallets according to client specifications while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of woodworking techniques and thrive in a hands-on work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, and construct pallets tailored to client needs and specifications.
• Select appropriate materials via careful consideration of weight and durability
• Use a range of woodworking tools and equipment to cut, shape, and assemble pallet components precisely.
• Ensure all custom pallets meet safety and quality standards set by the company and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a pallet builder, carpenter, or similar role in a manufacturing or woodworking environment.
• Proficiency in using power tools and machinery common to the carpentry trade, such as nail guns.
• Understanding of safety regulations and procedures within a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or blueprints.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying production goals and client demands.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials.

Pay: Range between $20 - $26/hr including weekly production bonus

Schedule: Monday - Friday 6am - 2:30pm
