Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the General Manager and Human Resource Director to identify training needs and skills gaps within the production team.
- Develop comprehensive training programs, including instructional materials, presentations, and hands-on workshops tailored to production processes and equipment.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions while ensuring minimal disruption to production schedules.
- Facilitate training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques to accommodate different learning styles.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs using feedback and performance metrics to refine and improve training content.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, certifications, and employee progress.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during training activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a Training Coordinator or similar role, particularly within a production or manufacturing environment.
- Experience in the pallet industry is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, machinery, and safety protocols, preferably within the pallet industry.
- Forklift operator experience required.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with people of diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to training challenges.
