Production Training Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Production Training Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the General Manager and Human Resource Director to identify training needs and skills gaps within the production team.
  • Develop comprehensive training programs, including instructional materials, presentations, and hands-on workshops tailored to production processes and equipment.
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions while ensuring minimal disruption to production schedules.
  • Facilitate training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques to accommodate different learning styles.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs using feedback and performance metrics to refine and improve training content.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, certifications, and employee progress.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during training activities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a Training Coordinator or similar role, particularly within a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in the pallet industry is strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, machinery, and safety protocols, preferably within the pallet industry.
  • Forklift operator experience required.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with people of diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to training challenges.
