Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanic Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical systems, fabrication, and industrial machine repairs. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including electrical and mechanical repairs.
• Fabricate and install parts as needed
• Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery.
• Conduct facilities maintenance.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum experience required - 3 years in manufacturing industry
• Mechanical knowledge to perform repairs on various production equipment & machinery
• Strong electrical knowledge and experience in troubleshooting electrical systems
• Proficiency in fabricating and installing parts
• Familiarity with logic controllers and their repair
• Experience using CMMS for maintenance tracking and documentation
• Knowledge of facilities maintenance
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Strong leadership skills to effectively manage maintenance projects
• Excellent customer service skills to interact with customers
• Knowledge of proper plant startup and shutdown procedures
• Forklift and welding experience required
• High School diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: From $23.00 +/hr- based on experience. Review after 90 days. Sign-on bonus: $1,000

Schedule: Monday to Friday- morning shift w/available OT

Work Location: Clarence, NY
